Birth Doula Services

As your doula, I offer nonjudgemental, compassionate support and will encourage you to ask questions and make empowered choices throughout your personal journey. I want you to feel safe, respected, and confident in any environment you choose to labor and give birth.

Services Include:

  • Consultation to get to know each other and ensure we’re a good fit

  • 1-2 birth prep meetings (60-90 min in length) focused on preparation for labor, birth, and postpartum

  • Phone and email support throughout pregnancy

  • On-call support services starting from 37 weeks.

  • Continuous presence and support throughout your labor

  • Birth photos upon request

  • 1 postpartum visit

  • Referrals

Cost of services: $1,500

*I am currently offering in-person birth support throughout the East Bay Area.
