If you’re looking to incorporate herbs into your pregnancy and postpartum journey, you’ve come to the right place! Whether you would like herbal nourishment throughout your pregnancy, have a specific symptom, or looking for emotional support, I create herbal care plans to help support your specific needs. This can be done virtually or as an in-home visit.

Service includes:

• 60-90 min consultation and support through discussion about specific needs

• Customized herbal care plan (please allow up to a week to receive)

Cost of services: $150 (includes price of herbs)

If needed, follow-up consultations last 30-45 minutes ($70)

Iron Syrup is a blood building, nutrient-rich herbal syrup that can be used throughout pregnancy and postpartum ($30)

Postpartum Sitz Bath created with herbs that decrease inflammation, soothe tender perineal tissue, and help tissues recover faster ($25)

Down There Relief Spray helps prepare a strong perineum for before birth and encourages perineum healing after birth. Perfect to use when you don’t have time for a longer sitz bath soak or bath ($15)

Please speak to your midwife, primary doctor, and all other members of your birth team prior to making any changes to your diet, lifestyle, or the use of herbs. You are advised to consult with your prescribing physician concerning any desired or personally implemented modifications to pharmaceutical medications. Audrey Dombroski is not able to advise you to discontinue or change doses of pharmaceutical medications.
